Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.

About Ashley

Ashley Medford is a licensed therapist, and is passionate about helping people connect to their story. She sees how therapy creates a safe space for you to explore the themes and elements of your individual story, and its impact. Together, you can help make connections in your story by identifying with the events and the feelings and belief systems surrounding them. It’s through this process you can begin to understand your own story. Listening to internal fears, and core beliefs, but also connecting more deeply to passions, and the direction of lives.

Ashley treats clients virtually in the United States, in North Carolina, and clients from various parts of the world including Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.

There is something in us, as storytellers and as listeners to stories, that demands the redemptive act, that demands that what falls at least be offered the chance to be restored.
— Flannery O'Connor, writer and essayist
